Welcome to the very first blog post here at M. Nicole Photography!

When launching this creative space, I knew exactly which love story needed to grace the first page. A photographer’s journal is meant to celebrate connection, authenticity, and enduring romance—and few sessions capture that spirit quite like the afternoon I spent with Brittany Wyatt and Everton Archer at The Foxglove in Downtown Marietta.

It has officially been one year since October 5, 2025, when we captured these moments. Looking through these frames today, it truly feels like only yesterday. Time moves fast, but great love—and the photographs that honor it—stays timeless.

High Fashion Meets Intimate Romance: The Styling

From the moment Brittany and Everton arrived, the energy was pure editorial glamour. Rather than conventional casual wear, they opted for an unapologetically elevated aesthetic: classic, monochromatic black.

Brittany was giving true Diva in every sense of the word. Her strapless satin black gown featured an architectural neckline and a dramatic slit that brought movement and confidence to every stride. Paired with delicate ankle-strap stilettos, luminous glam, cascading Hollywood waves, and textured gold statement earrings, she commanded the lens with effortless grace.

Beside her, Everton brought handsome confidence. Dressed in a tailored black suit with a crisp black dress shirt and sleek loafers, he was the definition of debonair. His presence was calm, steady, and protective—the kind of quiet self-assurance that makes every candid embrace feel secure and deeply romantic.

The Backdrop: Exploring The Foxglove in Historic Marietta

Tucked just off Marietta Square, The Foxglove is celebrated for its blend of historic Southern character and sophisticated, urban-chic design. For Brittany and Everton’s shoot, two distinct settings brought our vision to life:. The venue’s rear entrance is an architectural gem. Framed by whitewashed brick, ironwork, and creeping ivy, it provided the perfect neutral texture to contrast their all-black wardrobe. And the lush, secluded patio that felt like stepping into a private garden oasis. The deep greens and golden undertones of the foliage made their dark attire pop with incredible depth and vibrance.

The Connection: A Love That Speaks Volumes

Posing is wonderful, but connection is everything. What made this session extraordinary was how naturally Brittany and Everton tuned into each other. Every glance carried warmth, every shared laugh was genuine, and their joy was utterly magnetic.

Throughout the afternoon, the excitement in the air was palpable. They weren't just taking engagement photos—they were celebrating a milestone and counting down the days until they officially say "I do."
